Meeting the owner’s need for a 6,000 square foot facility was Dixin Construction’s main priority. But for having the client also satisfied for the overall budget was a goal that Dixin Construction sets when dealing with all of our clients in a design / build project. This was the case when Dixin Construction constructed Spectrum Communications facility located in Sarnia on Confederation Street.
Utilizing American Buildings pre-engineered single slope design with interior columns made the project feasible for our client. Architectural details such as the front entrance was added without a detriment to the budget. Exposed painted roof structure in the showroom gave the building an attractive look that met their needs.
